Dr. Amer Karam, MD

Dr. Amer Karam has over 13 years of experience in the field of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Oncology. He completed his undergraduate degree from the American University of Beirut and his MD from the American University of Beirut, Faculty of Medicine. After completing his residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, he went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Gynecologic Oncology, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Hospice, and Palliative Medicine. He is active in his field as a member of several professional societies including the Society of Gynecologic Oncology, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and Johns Hopkins Medical and Surgical Association. He also contributes to research in his field as the author of several peer-reviewed journal publications and book chapters. Formerly, this expert held roles as Physician of Gynecologic Oncology and Breast Surgery at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
