Dr. David Axelrod, MD

Dr. David M. Axelrod has specialized experience in the fields of Pediatrics, Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, and Pediatric Cardiology. They earned their BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College and their MD from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. After completing their residency in Pediatrics at UCSF Medical Center, they went on to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. Today, the expert holds certifications in Critical Care Medicine and Pediatric Cardiology. Previously, they held roles as a Transport Pediatrician at the University of California and Staff Pediatrician at Alta Bates Medical Center. Currently, they work as a Lead Medical Advisor at Lighthaus, Inc. and Clinical Professor at Stanford University.
