Dr. David Schwartz, MD, FCAP

Dr. David A. Schwartz has years of experience in the field of Anatomic Pathology. He earned his BA in Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh, his MS in Hygiene from the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health, and his MD from Far Eastern University Institute of Medicine. After completing his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the Hahnemann University Hospital, he went on to complete a fellowship in Gastrointestinal and Surgical Pathology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Anatomic Pathology. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Director of the International Fellowship Training and Associate Professor in the Departments of Pathology and Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine, as an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Pathology, Microbiology, and Immunology at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, and as a Clinical Professor in the Department of Pathology at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. Currently, he serves as a Consulting Physician at Perinatal Pathology Consulting.
