This expert is highly qualified in the field of physical education, physical training, and exercise. With over 40 years of experience in the field, this expert has served as a university department chair, led K-12 health and physical education for the State of Iowa, and inspired an Army physical readiness training paradigm shift that remains unchallenged today.

This expert has over 40 years of experience in laboratory safety with over 30 years of serving as litigation support for school science accidents. Previously the Chairman for the Division of Chemical Health and Safety at the American Chemical Society, he has authored guidelines for laboratory safety, which have been distributed worldwide. He currently serves as President and CEO of a major laboratory safety firm.

This highly qualified expert has over 38 years of experience in education, including current work as a Superintendent Search Consultant in the state of California. He received his B.A. and M.A. from Arizona State University, as well as a Doctorate of Education from the University of Arizona. The expert was a Teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal before holding one Assistant Superintendent role and then several Superintendent positions. Over a span of 26 years, he was the Superintendent at 5 different school districts. For 3+ years he was in charge of the 14th largest school district in the nation, Orange County Public Schools in Florida. The expert was the Superintendent of Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District in California from 2000 until 2012 before taking on his current role.

This expert received his B.S in Psychology and his M.S. in Special Education and Mental Retardation, and a PhD in Special Education from Yeshiva University in 1980. In 2006 he was awarded a position as a Fulbright Senior Specialist and in 2007 was granted the NYU Distinguished Teaching Award. His research includes: special education instructional programming, shaping special education policy, preparation of teachers in special education, and integration of general and special education practices. He has contributed to numerous published works on teaching and special education, and has taught several special education centered study abroad courses.
