This Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at a prominent southern university is also the director of a molecular Neuro-Oncology laboratory and the chief of Neurosurgery at a major Veteran's Administration medical center in the Southeast. He attended medical school at Johns Hopkins University, earning MD, PhD, and MPH degrees. He pursued his neurosurgical residency training at Duke University, where he also completed an MHSc program.
