Prostate Cancer Expert Witnesses in Washington

This highly qualified board certified expert earned his BS from Stanford University and MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Residency and fellowship training were completed at the University of Washington School of Medicine and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, respectively. He is well respected in the surgical community for his contributions to research and education. To date, he has authored more than 200 original peer reviewed articles and abstracts, more than 20 book chapters and reviews and lectured at more than 150 presentations and symposia. The expert is actively involved in mentoring, teaching and supervising medical/ graduate and postdoctoral students, residents, and fellows in his clinical practice. Currently, he is, among numerous administrative and clinical leadership positions, the Chief of the division of Urologic Oncology, the Vice Chair of Research in the department of Urology, the Director of the Urologic Oncology Fellowship Program, and a Professor with Tenure in Urology at a major university affiliated medical center/ program.

This expert has extensive experience as a physician assistant in the field of urology. He completed his EMT and LPN programs at Bellingham Technical College and his Physician Assistant Program at the University of Washington. He is a certified physician assistant and a member of the American Urological Association and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He previously served as a firefighter and EMT for South Whatcom Fire Authority, as an EMT for American Medical Response and as a licensed practical nurse in the department of urology at Group Health Cooperative. He is currently a urology physician assistant at a medical group in Washington.
