Neuroradiology Expert Witnesses in California

This board certified expert has extensive experience in Thoracic and Cardiac Radiology. He obtained his BA, BS, and MD from Stanford University. Residency and fellowship training were completed at the University of California- San Francisco. The expert sees a wide range of thoracic pathologies including cancer and interstitial lung disease in addition to aortic and cardiac imaging. In his daily practice, he works closely with Pulmonology, Infectious Disease, Cardiology and the ICU services in the management of both inpatients and outpatients. In addition to mentoring, supervising and teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, he regularly participates and contributes to Thoracic Tumor Board and Multidisciplinary Chest cases. He is actively involved in research with 120+ original peer reviewed articles and abstracts and he is a reviewer for 10+ radiological journals. Currently, he is an Associate Professor in Residence of Radiology at a university affiliated medical center/ program.

This qualified expert earned his BS in radiology technology from the University of Sioux Falls and a certification of completion of the radiography program at the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences. He has verified proficiency in imaging informatics through the American Board of Imaging Informatics and verified proficiency in radiography through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. His former positions include radiologic technologist intern at the Mayo Clinic, clinical applications team leader and manager for RamSoft, and director of imaging informatics at Strategic Medical Ventures and MemorialCare Imaging Center and Medical Group. Currently, this expert is the president and CEO of an imaging informatics company in California.
