Multiple Sclerosis Expert Witnesses in Michigan

This highly qualified and fellowship trained expert earned his BS from Brandeis University and his MD from Boston University. After completing his residency in Neurology at Dartmouth, he went on to complete a prestigious fellowship at Harvard in electromyography and clinical neurophysiology. As a result, this expert is board certified in neurology with an additional specialty in neuromuscular medicine. He has contributed an impressive amount of research to the medical community as an author of over 60 journal articles and 10 book chapters. In addition, he has written a complete textbook on issues of peripheral neuropathy. Previously, he held numerous teaching positions at multiple Ivy League medical schools and was also Director of Clinical Neurophysiology at a VA medical center. In addition to his current role as a practicing physician, he is also Professor and Founding Chairman of Neurology at a successful Michigan medical school.

He completed his medical degree at University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and his residency training in Emergency Medicine at MetroHealth/Cleveland Clinic/Case Western Reserve University. The expert proceeded to complete a prestigious fellowship in Stroke and Cerebrovascular Disease at the University of Michigan Stroke Program. He has received numerous visiting professorships and extramural invitations at other academic centers as well as regional, national and international conferences. As a tenured faculty at well reputed academic university hospital in MI, he has published over 127 peer-reviewed publications and co-authored 15 book chapters. He also leads several clinical studies and receives multiple funding for his research endeavors. Currently, he is an associate professor of both Neurology and Emergency Medicine at a well known academic university hospital in MI.
