This expert has been a practicing nurse for nearly 20 years. A licensed registered nurse, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri. She writes about and researches issues related to corporate compliance, drawing on scholarship from the areas of professional ethics, corporate governance, employment law, and corporate social responsibility. She is currently an associate professor of law at a top midwestern law school. Before joining the law school faculty, this expert was a clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and an attorney at Gibson Dunn in Washington, D.C.

This expert is the Lead Land Use Attorney at the Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic and Associate Professor of Law at a the top law school in West Virginia. Before joining his current institution, this expert was an associate professor in urban affairs and planning at Virginia Tech, teaching land use law, environmental law, and real estate.
