This well-qualified expert has been in the field of geriatric medicine for over 25 years. After earning his BA from Pitzer College, he went on to earn an MPH from the Harvard School of Public Health. He earned his MD from The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and went on to complete an Internal Medicine residency at Harbor UCLA Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship in geriatric medicine at Harvard Medical School and a postdoctoral fellowship at Brown University. He has over 150 peer reviewed publications and is recognized as a leader in the field of exceptional longevity. He is founder and director of the New England Centenarian Study and a principal investigator of the Long Life Family Study and the Longevity Consortium, funded by the National Institute on Aging. Currently, he serves as a professor of medicine at Boston University and a Senior Attending for the geriatrics section at Boston Medical Center. This expert is also a telemedicine physician for ~8 nursing homes in Massachusetts and Maine, covering weeknights and weekends for acutely ill SNF patients.

She earned her BA in public health from Johns Hopkins University and an MPH in occupational epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a fellow of the Academy of Life Underwriting and a member of the Board of Editors in the Life Sciences. She has authored over 80 insurance-related publications throughout her career, including underwriting manuals.
