This expert has over 30 years of experience researching, alcohol intoxication, sexual violence and domestic violence. He gained his PhD in clinical psychology at the University of Washington. He has served as an associate professor of psychology at SUNY Buffalo and has directed programs in cultural psychology and ethnic studies at the University of Washington. He has published extensively on sexual victimization, alcohol's role in sexual violence, and sexual aggression in relationships.

This highly qualified expert has a BS from the University of Illinois, a MPA from Governors State University, and a PhD from Walden University (residency performed at Indiana University). Dr. Henson is an independent drug and alcohol testing consultant, providing drug and alcohol testing evaluations, research, and expert testimony. He has been qualified as an expert in field sobriety testing, drug and alcohol testing, physiology, and pharmacology in criminal, civil, and employment law cases across the United States. Dr. Henson has served as a police officer, police administrator, a police academy instructor supervising the alcohol testing program at the University of Illinois, a college professor at multiple institutions, and as a Dean of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences. He has served on several advisory and research committees related to law enforcement and drug and alcohol testing using breath, blood, urine, saliva, and field sobriety testing. Clients have included fortune 500 companies, professional athletes (NBA & MLB), employee unions, and government entities.

This qualified expert has extensive experience in the training, policies, and procedures involved in drug and alcohol testing. He earned his BS from the University of Central Florida and is currently a JD candidate at Florida A&M University. This expert is certified by the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association as a designated employer representative. He is active in his field as a member of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association and the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association, as well as being an author of journal articles about drug and alcohol testing. This expert currently serves as the co-founder and a corporate trainer for a drug and alcohol testing training company in Florida.
