He received his AAS in design communications from South Plains College before earning his BS in business administration and management from the University of Phoenix. He has demonstrated experience with Adobe software, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and his work frequently involves recognizing manipulated files, photos, and copyright material. He began his career as a graphic designer with Directional Marketing before serving as a senior designer with Texas Web and Graphic and then Chimera Concepts. Currently, this expert serves as a prepress specialist and graphic designer for a commercial printing company.

This highly-qualified expert is a certified audio video forensic analyst with nearly 20 years of experience in evidence collection, video and still image conversion, restoration, clarification, enhancement, authentication, photogrammetry, content analysis, and comparison. He received both his BA and MA in organizational leadership at Woodbury University, his PhD in higher education leadership at Trident University, and his MEd in instructional design at Western Governors University. This expert is active in his field as a member of several organizations, including the Organization of Scientific Area Committees on Forensic Science and ASTM International, and as an author of several books on the topic of forensic multimedia analysis. He formerly served as a police surveillance specialist and a senior forensic multimedia analyst for the Los Angeles Police Department and as the director of support and training at Amped Software, Inc. He currently works as the director of instruction and IRB supervisor for an autistic services company in California, as well as a senior consultant at a consulting agency in Nevada. For nearly 20 years, this expert has also worked as a forensic analyst, photographer, and an adjunct instructor.
