She is a professor at a PA University, the Executive Directorof a social services nonprofit organization that provides mental health and substance abuse evaluations as well as training, consultation, and therapy, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In her former position as Investigator and Social Worker for the CT Department of Children and Families, this expert's focus was children in the foster care system.
