This expert is triple-board certified in forensic psychiatry, psychiatry, and brain injury medicine, ABPN. He has been retained in cases for plaintiff and defense. Cases include brain injury and neuropsychiatric issues (competitive sports, personal injury), criminal competency (homicide, criminal and military courts), medical malpractice (clinic, hospital, and treaters), violence assessment (armed security and FFD), sexual assault and the use of drugs (DFSA), mass tort (psychiatric damages associated with oil spill), psychiatric factors in capital crime (homicide), and, in all cases, damages. This expert earned his BA in Chemistry from Washington University and a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. After receiving his PhD, he earned his MD from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. The expert completed his residency in Neurological Surgery at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Saint Louis Children's Hospital in association with the Washington University School of Medicine, and he went on to complete several prestigious fellowships.
