Outside of these jobs, he worked as a human resources investigator for the Local Government Personnel Institute and as an adjunct professor at Concordia University and Pacific University. He has extensive experience teaching about multiculturalism and cultural diversity and even designed the first cultural diversity courses and curricula for multiple academic programs. This expert is currently an adjunct professor in fire service administration at a university and in criminal justice at a community college, as well as the owner of a training and human resources consulting firm, all in Oregon.
