This expert currently owns and manages a national business which specializes in training forklift operators and trainers. He is also an active trainer who trains on a regular basis. Unlike many forklift experts, who may have trained small numbers of operators and no trainers, this expert has trained many thousands of operators and trainers across a variety of industries. He has also investigated hundreds of forklift accidents, including many serious injuries and a number of fatalities. He has surveyed hundreds of sites to improve forklift and pedestrian safety. His areas of expertise are the safe operation of forklifts, the proper training of operators/trainers and in compliance with OSHA standards.

This highly qualified engineer has 25+ years of industry experience. He is a member of several professional societies including the American Association of Snowboard Instructors, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Academy of Forensic Sciences, American Water Ski Association, and American National Standards Institute. This expert teaching experience and serves as a reviewer for several peer reviewed publications including the American Society for Testing and Materials and American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Currently, this expert is the President of an engineering consultancy. He earned his BSME and MSME at Worcestor Polytechnic Institute.

This expert received his AS in Science from Lincoln Trail College and is an Accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstructionists. He has certifications in Bosch EDR, Level I Event Data Recorder Use in Traffic Crash Reconstruction, and is a Crash Reconstruction Specialist. He is an active member in the Illinois Association of Technical Accident Investigators and the Illinois Traffic Safety Leaders. Currently, he is a police officer and the Chief of Police at a police department in Illinois, as well as an owner and lead crash reconstruction investigator at a large accident reconstruction firm in Illinois.

This expert in traffic accident reconstruction has over 35 years of experience as a traffic and transportation engineer. He received his BS in traffic and transportation engineering from the University of Belgrade, his MS in civil engineering from the University of Zagreb, and his PhD in traffic and transportation engineering from the University of Zagreb. He has published four textbooks and over 60 professional publications on topics in transportation engineering. Formerly, he has served as a roadway specialist at the Tennessee Department of Transportation and a transportation planner at Gary Struthers Associates. In addition, this expert has held roles as a leading traffic engineer at CHS Consulting Group and a dean and professor in the college of engineering at Pan-European University. Currently, he is a program and project manager at a major transportation department.
