This expert is board certified in medical oncology and has been practicing for nearly 40 years. He is also a basic scientist and directs a research laboratory. This expert has directed clinical trials in both cancer treatment and cancer early detection. He was an institutional Principal Investigator in both the National Cancer Institute’s 17-year Prostate, Lung, Colon, and Ovarian Cancer Screening Trial and also the National Lung Screening Trial.

This oncology expert has published over 180 original peer-reviewed articles and is on the Editorial Boards of the Journal of Clinical Oncology and Cancer Research. He has directed divisions at Georgetown University and Columbia University. He is currently Deputy Director at a major comprehensive cancer center. He has nearly three decades of experience as an expert in medical malpractice and cancer causation litigation.
