COVID-19 Update: A Message from Michael Talve, CEO, to our Community



I want to extend my thoughts to all who have been affected by COVID-19. In the past week, I have spoken with clients who are caring for sick loved ones, individuals who are separated from their families, and many who are facing financially strenuous times. Our medical experts—particularly our incredible infectious disease doctors, nurses, and emergency personnel—are working around the clock to ensure the safety and well being of our country. 

On Thursday, March 12th 2020, we made the decision to move all Expert Institute employees to remote work. At the onset of 2020, I could have never imagined that not three months later, our global climate would leave our company facing such a challenging decision. But ultimately, protecting the health and safety of our employees has always been, and will always be, our utmost concern. 

For the past week, our teams across our three offices—New York, Los Angeles, and Milwaukee—have continued operating at full capacity from home. We’re proud to have built an agile company that was able to transition to sustainable remote work in less than 48 hours. We extend great gratitude to our team members who have made this process seamless. We are thankful that our technology has afforded us the ability to continue conducting business, and our hearts go out to all those who are struggling to stay afloat during this transition.

In spite of these uncertain times, we remain committed to serving our clients and experts. All our expert and case resources are still available to you, as always. Our Research, Medical, and Customer Success Teams remain on standby to provide guidance and accommodate any needs you may have.
