Skylar Fore

Skylar Fore is the Manager of Legal Research at Expert Institute, where she leads a team focused on analyzing expert witness involvement and testimony across complex litigation. She began her tenure at Expert Institute nearly five years ago on the expert search team, developing a strong foundation in identifying and evaluating expert witnesses. In August 2022, she transitioned to the Radar team, playing a key role in advancing the company’s data-driven research capabilities.

Under her leadership, the legal research function has evolved from manual analysis to a more sophisticated, technology-enabled approach. Skylar oversees a team of analysts—many with paralegal backgrounds—alongside an offshore team, ensuring the quality and accuracy of automated models that track expert witness activity. Her team reviews and validates insights related to case involvement and the impact of expert testimony on litigation outcomes, helping attorneys make more informed decisions.
