inline imageI've been a professional software developer for 30+ years and I have worked in game development for almost 30 years. I have experience as a game designer, a project producer, a lead developer, and a technical director providing oversight to an entire studio of developers. I now teach software engineering and distributed systems programming at one of the world's foremost colleges offering a game-specific curriculum. The intersection of game development and patent law has always been a special interest of mine. I have filed five patents in the video game field (two have been granted) and led Microsoft's review and response to a portfolio of 100 Nintendo patents. I have experience consulting on patent litigation.
