Please explain your experience using SAP enterprise software.

I served as a full-time SAP consultant for 11 years. As a consultant, my primary responsibilities were custom SAP programming, configuring SAP, and managing SAP programmers and administrators. For the last 15 years, I have been in academia. I am a professor of industrial administration and information systems management at a prestigious research university. I have also worked at one other research university. In my academic positions, I have served as the coordinator with the SAP University Alliance. Essentially, SAP provides its systems and training materials to students and professors, and I manage that relationship. I have experience working with virtually all functional areas of SAP.

Have you ever trained new users of SAP software?

I have extensive experience training new users. As a consultant, I conducted both formal and informal training in the corporate environment, and I now do it in the academic classroom environment.

This computer software expert earned his MS and PhD in Industrial Administration (Information Systems) at Carnegie Mellon University. He has worked for more than 10 years as a consultant to companies implementing enterprise software systems such as SAP.
