Case Overview
This case involves an individual who sustained significant injuries during a motor vehicle accident caused by another driver with a history of seizures. The driver lost control of their vehicle, which crashed into a commercial building where the individual was shopping. As a result of this incident, the individual suffered multiple injuries, including facial bone fractures, shoulder injuries, and ankle fractures. These injuries necessitated various surgical interventions. Additionally, the individual experienced head trauma, leading to persistent headaches and diffuse, chronic pain throughout their body. An orthopedic surgeon is being sought to conduct an independent medical examination and to opine on the future healthcare requirements needed for this individual.
