Case Overview

This case revolves around multiple individuals who were exposed to glyphosate, a known herbicide found in Roundup, over an extended period. Following this exposure, these patients developed hematologic malignancies, primarily Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). As their legal counsel, we seek an expert in Hematology/Oncology to provide insights into the causation of these malignancies related to glyphosate exposure.

Questions to the Oncology expert and their responses

Q1

How often do you evaluate and manage patients who have been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL)?

I see about 12 Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients weekly.

Q2

Have you previously been involved in the Monsanto/Roundup litigation? If yes, please elaborate.

I have over the past year served as an expert witness in Monsanto litigation concerning the causation of NHL working with many of the top firms in the nation on these matters including Baum Hedlund, Weitz, Luxenberg, Wagstaff Law, etc. In these matters, I have authored differential causation reports demonstrating by process of elimination that glyphosate is the primary causative factor in the patients' lymphomas. I have been deposed and my first trial appearance in these matters is scheduled for next month. I am extremely well qualified to review these matters for causation and familiar with the glyphosate literature. I would be happy to assist with this case.
