I have over 20 years experience with vertical handoff technology in both industry and academic spaces. I formerly worked at At&T on this technology specifically and currently teach wireless mobile systems protocols which include vertical handoff technology.
Expert Bio:
This well-credentialed expert is a professor emeritus in the department of electrical and computer engineering at an Ivy League university. He is also currently active as a professor and distinguished chair in computer science for a public university. The expert earned his Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from a prestigious research university. He previously headed the wireless networks lab of an internationally recognized research group. The expert has been granted 18 patents with 2 additional patents pending. He is a fellow and member of various professional associations for engineering and computer science.
