    Expert Witness Response E-069521

I am an ACTAR accredited reconstructionist with over 30 years experience. I retired after over 28 years as a state trooper and served as the lead investigator for the District Attorney’s Office Vehicular Homicide and Assault Team. I have thousands of hours of training in all aspects of accident reconstruction and have taught numerous subjects in the filed. I have testified in thousands of civil and criminal cases as an expert in accident reconstruction. I have extensive experience in auto-bicycle reconstruction, with hundreds of auto-bicycle reconstructions completed. This case should focus on visibility of the rider to the driver of the vehicle, as well as any distracted driving on the part of the vehicle. Also, I would cite state statutes stressing the driver’s responsibilities.
