Job Description

Internship Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Client Insights Intern to contribute to our team during the Summer of 2025 at our New York office. This position provides a practical opportunity to support our Sales, Research, and Marketing departments through direct outreach to our law firm clientele, facilitating the collection of feedback regarding their experiences with Expert Institute.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing client engagement and informing strategic improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured, recorded telephonic outreach to law firm clients to administer a standardized client satisfaction survey.

  • Document client feedback concerning their utilization of Expert Institute’s services and their overall experience.

  • Accurately and systematically capture both quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Analyze conversational data to identify trends, recurring themes, and potential areas for enhancement, including facilitating connections between interviewees and the Sales team.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to disseminate findings that may improve client experience, retention, engagement, as well as product and service offerings.

  • Maintain professional communication standards and represent the Expert Institute brand with integrity and authority.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in pre-law, business administration, communications, social science, political science, or a related field.

  • Exceptional verbal communication abilities and a highly confident, professional telephone demeanor.

  • Demonstrated aptitude for engaging in professional discourse with attorneys and legal professionals.

  • Superior organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to concurrently manage numerous interactions.

  • Enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, and a keen interest in learning about the legal technology sector and client experience methodologies.

  • Ability to operate autonomously within a dynamic, team-oriented environment
