New product introduction and delivery is paramount to client development and success. We are seeking a Client Development Associate on our Customer Success team that will interact with attorney clients by conducting client onboardings, software implementation, and new product promotion. The Client Development Associate will also be responsible for deepening awareness of our new initiative, the Transcript Network, through targeted phone and email outreach.
The ideal candidate should be able to present information and gather feedback on the Transcript Network and its available incentives both internally and externally. The Client Development Associate will also utilize tools to collect data on expert depositions and testimony transcripts. You will be working in two of our developed platforms, Expert iQ and Data Central, which enable our products and legal clients to interact with expert witnesses within our network. This position reports directly to the Senior Implementation Specialist and has a great opportunity for advancement.
Our Client Development Associate will:
Support the Senior Implementation Specialist with client webinars and demonstrations and conduct software integration training sessions in order to onboard clients to the Expert IQ platform; provide and an implementation experience that sets up clients for success
Conduct targeted and persistent outreach via phone calls and emails to existing attorney-clients in order to increase participation in the Transcript Network, communicate new product features, and build strong relationships with law firms
Work closely and strategically with Customer Success representatives to coordinate participation and increase client knowledge of the Transcript Network
Schedule and conduct virtual platform demonstrations with attorney-clients and client staff in order to provide a further understanding of the Transcript Network
Continuously incorporate Expert Institute’s new products and services into client outreach activities
Work cross functionally with the Content department and assist with the management, and organization, and uploading of documents submitted by attorney-clients
Communicate often and effectively with internal departments such as Product, Marketing, and Legal Research about new product launches
Coordinate with management to ensure that outreach processes are implemented efficiently, and that all communication with other programs/departments is conducted properly and timely
Utilize and/or gain knowledge of the legal process and terms in order to overcome objections related to deposition and testimony transcripts
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales and/or experience in a client facing role
Proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs, quotas, and goals
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting in a fast paced startup environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service experience
Previous experience performing client outreach initiatives
Strong skill set in cold and/or warm calling and overcoming objections
Experience in the SaaS industry is strongly preferred
Interest in Product and/or Tech is strongly preferred
Some paralegal experience or understanding of litigation activity within the context of the legal process is a plus
Ability to think quickly and critically, and pay close attention to detail
Continuous interest in learning and growth
Ability to meet deadlines
Working knowledge of office-based applications, Google products
Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred
Interest in starting or continuing a career in the legal field
