Job Description

Expert Institute is seeking a motivated Product Operations Associate who will be responsible for organizing and managing the delivery schedule of our recently released technology initiative. The main function of this role is to support our Data & Content team by managing interdepartmental coordination. This includes project prioritization, deadline management, and client requests. This individual will have a wide range of administrative and team-oriented responsibilities across various departments with both domestic and international employees. The Product Operations Associate will liaise between Stakeholders, Clients, and our Sales, Customer Success, Data and Content, and Research teams. 

Our Product Operations Associate will:

  • Work closely with the Data & Content teams to coordinate and manage the prioritization of deliverables between our clients, stakeholders, and various departments throughout the company

  • Create and monitor dynamic product delivery schedules, resources, and demand to ensure that deadlines are met in a timely manner

  • Document and follow up on project statuses with the domestic and international Data and Content teams to ensure product delivery

  • Manage internal communications involving prioritization and product delivery schedules  

  • Present updates on projects efficiently and effectively to Team Leads and Stakeholders 

  • Provide assistance on ad hoc projects as necessary, including administrative and research- related tasks

  • Receive training and mentorship from senior members of the team that will help you develop skills that you can leverage skills in a rapidly growing department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3+ years of prior applicable work experience is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortability speaking with high-level professionals

  • Excellent internal support and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask with strong time management and organizational skills

  • Be a team player with a positive attitude

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work on tight deadlines with competing priorities
