Job Description

Client communication is paramount to our content delivery and we are seeking a customer centric Client Services Associate that will interact with attorney-clients in order to promote the Deposition Network, a new initiative to be released. The Client Services Associate will be primarily responsible for deepening awareness of and participation in this new initiative.

The ideal candidate should be able to present information and gather feedback on the Deposition Network and its available incentives both internally and externally. The Client Services Associate will also utilize tools to collect data on expert depositions and testimony transcripts. You will be working in two of our developed platforms, Expert iQ and Data Central, which enable our products and legal clients to interact with expert witnesses within our network. This position has a great opportunity for advancement.

Our Client Services Associate will:

  • Conduct targeted outreach to attorney-clients and build and support strong relationships with the firms
  • Coordinate with management to ensure that outreach processes are implemented efficiently, and that all communication with other programs/departments is conducted properly and timely
  • Communicate often and effectively with the various domestic and international legal researchers
  • Assist with the management and organization of documents submitted by attorney-clients
  • Utilize knowledge of the legal process and and practical experience of WestLaw, Bloomberg Law and/or LexisNexis to collect documents related to deposition and testimony transcripts

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service experience
  • Previous experience performing customer outreach initiatives
  • Some paralegal experience or understanding of litigation activity within the context of the legal process is a plus
  • Ability to think quickly and critically, and pay close attention to detail
  • Continuous interest in learning and growth
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting in a fast paced startup environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
