Job Description

Our Product Data Analyst is focused on managing, reviewing, actively engaging in and approving various data projects to ensure Expert Institute's core data sets are normalized, accurate and of the highest quality.  This position will be working in Data Central, our recently launched Content Collection and curation tool, which enables our products and legal clients to interact with experts within our network. The Product Data Analyst will report to the Product Manager, Data Central.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and curating multiple datasets of people involved in the legal process

  • Managing large datasets to ensure consistent normalization.

  • Analyzing content status and suggesting processes and automation that will best serve the data set quality and accuracy

  • Making sure the information meets Expert Institute’s standards in Data Central

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or other data related degrees is preferred.  

  • Proficient in Excel and SQL queries

  • Experience and/or an affinity for managing, analyzing and curating multiple structured and unstructured data sets related to large entities and tangential data related to the legal and healthcare sectors

  • Mindset of continuous learning and improving

  • Close attention to detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to think quickly and critically 

  • Comfortable working in a fast pace, dynamic environment

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • No legal experience required
