Job Description

Client Scheduling Associate acts as a resource to the Research department and will assist the team in scheduling conference calls between experts and our attorney clients. We are looking for candidates that are comfortable and confident making phone calls to experts and attorneys regarding their meeting times, appointment lengths, and locations. In addition, you will also:

  • Manage the Research department calendar to ensure client conference calls are properly scheduled on a daily basis

  • Create, communicate and schedule conference call changes with the Research department team members

  • Work closely with our Customer Success and Sales department to coordinate when meetings and events are taking place

  • Showcase an expert’s qualifications and answering follow up questions from experts regarding ExpertIQ 

  • Demonstrate the value of our products and services to clients and address questions regarding retaining an expert

  • Perform additional administrative tasks to ensure complete client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5+ years of professional experience

  • Close attention to detail, strong communications skills, a solid phone presence, and ability to think quickly. 

  • Excellent organizational and communications skills

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changes 

  • Strong work ethic

  • Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
