Job Description

Recruiting Managers will lead a team of Researchers who identify and recruit experts for our attorney clients with speed and quality. Managers will lead efforts to strengthen the database of active and engaged experts, develop long lasting client relationships, and promote camaraderie within the team and across functions. Managers are responsible for directing their team to meet and exceed goals, including number of shares, timeliness and accuracy. This position reports to the VP of Research.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and develop a team of 5+ Researchers with varying levels of experience

  • Provide clear communication of job expectations 

  • Approve the quality and suitability of experts to be delivered to clients

  • Oversee your team's performance management and KPI metrics

  • Be heavily involved in the hiring process by interviewing candidates, and training new hires

  • Work closely with VP of Research to align goals and strategy

  • Collaborate and communicate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to help foster relationships with clients

  • Provide feedback and coaching to your team 

  • Responsible for quarterly and annual performance reviews

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 4 + years of relevant work experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop strong relationships internally and externally 

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Positive, team player attitude
