Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Operations team. We have a unique installation of Salesforce that you will maintain and improve in order to expand the business capabilities and you will have an opportunity to work closely with our Sales Operations team to optimize processes. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will have exposure to every aspect of our day-to-day Salesforce implementation for our Sales department including user management and training, field configuration, integrations, and testing and troubleshooting. 

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and optimize Sales Operations processes and improve the current Salesforce application

  • Develop and build documentation for new and existing processes and train end-users (Sales Reps) on procedures 

  • Create and adjust fields and formulas

  • Serve as a partner in maintaining the Salesforce instance 

  • Participate in integration and release efforts and test and troubleshoot errors 

  • Optimize and maintain accuracy of dashboards and reporting

  • Administrative ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

You are passionate about Salesforce and want to further develop and focus your skills in a Sales Operations career path. You’re interested in leveraging your technical knowledge to make an impact on a high-growth, startup business. You consider yourself a problem solver and can think outside the box when it comes to finding creative solutions to enhance a Salesforce implementation. Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience 

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred 

  • Desire to work in Sales Operations

  • Experience working in Salesforce Classic and Lightning 

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence

  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage time and competing priorities 

  • Must be able to work independently
