About Dr. William Stephen Comanor, PhD

Dr. William S. Comanor has 59 years of experience in the field of Economics. He earned his BA in Economics from Haverford College and his Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University. Formerly, this expert served as the Chairman of the Economics Department at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and as the Director of the Research Program in Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy at the Jonathan and Karin Fielding School of Public Health at the University of California, Los Angeles. He currently serves as a Part-Time Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Jonathan and Karin Fielding School of Public Health at the University of California, Los Angeles, and as a Distinguished Emeritus Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
