About Dr. Vivek Kaul, AGAF, MD

Dr. Vivek Kaul has 21 years of experience in the field of Gastroenterology. He earned his MBBS from the University of Delhi Faculty of Medical Sciences before completing a rotating internship at the Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital. After moving to the United States, he completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center, a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Albert Einstein Medical Center, and a second year-long fellowship in Therapeutic Endoscopy at the St. Luke's Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Gastroenterology. Formerly, this expert served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and as the Director of Endoscopy Services at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. He was also an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Rochester Medical Center and the Director of Gastroenterology and Hepatology Clinical Operations at the Strong Memorial Hospital. He currently serves as both a Segal-Watson Professor of Medicine and as a Physician at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He is also a Physician in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Strong Memorial Hospital.
