About Dr. Timothy Edward Hughes, FACOG, FACS, MD

Dr. Timothy E Hughes has 25 years of experience in the fields of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Correctional Medicine. He earned his BS in Chemistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his MD from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Today, this expert is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Chief Medical Officer at Armor Correctional Health Services, Inc. and as the Regional Medical Director of Community Corrections at Corizon Health. Currently, he serves as a Sheriff’s Surgeon with Mobile County Sheriff’s Office, as an Attending Physician at Greater Mobile Urgent Care, and as a Task Force Officer and Medical Officer for the United States Marshals Service.
