About Dr. Thomas Vincent Bertuccini, FACS, MD

Dr. Thomas Bertuccini has 43 years of experience in the field of Neurological Surgery. He earned his BA in Biology from Saint Vincent College, his MS in Neuroanatomy from Creighton University, his MD from the Creighton University School of Medicine, and his MBA from Louisiana State University. After completing an internship in Surgery at the Creighton University School of Medicine, he completed a residency in Neurological Surgery at the Barrow Neurological Foundation. Today, this expert is board-certified in Neurological Surgery. Formerly, he served as Chief of Surgery at the Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center and as a Clinical Faculty Member in the Division of Neurosurgery at the LSU School of Medicine. He currently serves as a Physician Owner at Lafayette Surgical Specialty Hospital, as a Courtesy Staff Member in the Surgery Department at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, and as the Owner of Thomas V. Bertuccini, M.D. (A Professional Medical Corporation), where he also serves as a Neurosurgeon.
