Dr. Thomas Weiser, MD, MPH

Dr. Thomas G. Weiser has specialized experience in the fields of General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. They earned their BS in Biology and English from Georgetown University, their MD from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, and their MPH from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. After completing their residency in Surgery at the University of California Davis Medical Center, they went on to complete a fellowship in Critical Care at Harborview Medical Center. Today, the expert holds certifications in Surgical Critical Care and Surgery. Previously, they held roles as an Acting Assistant Professor of Surgery, Assistant Professor of Surgery, and Associate Professor of Surgery at Stanford University Medical Center. Currently, they work as a Staff Surgeon at Stanford Medicine, Honorary Consultant Surgeon at The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, and Clinical Professor at Stanford University Medical Center.
