Dr. Susan Abookire, MD, BSEE, MPH, FACP

Dr. Susan A. Abookire has specialized experience in the fields of Internal Medicine, Public Health, and Hospital Administration. They earned their BSEE from the University of Washington, their MD from Harvard Medical School, and their MPH in Clinical Effectiveness from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. After completing their residency in Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital, they went on to complete a fellowship in Medical Education at Mount Auburn Hospital years later. Today, the expert holds a certification in Internal Medicine. Previously, they held roles as a Design Engineer and Project Manager with Crane Aerospace and as a Clincial Fellow at Harvard Medical School. Currently, they work as an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and as the Founder of the Nature and Systems Institute. They are also an Attending Physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
