Dr. Samir Melki, MD, PhD

Dr. Samir A. Melki has specialized experience in Ophthalmology. They earned their BS in Biology from the American University of Beirut, their MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, and their PhD in Molecular Physiology and Biophysics from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. After completing their residency in Ophthalmology at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, they went on to complete a fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Today, the expert holds a certification in Ophthalmology. Previously, they were a Medical Director at Harley Street Specialist Hospital, a Clinical Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School, and the Chief Medical Officer at Boston Eye Group. Currently, they work as the Medical Director and Founder at Boston Vision, as a Visiting Surgeon at Beirut Eye & ENT Specialist Hospital, and as an Associate Professor (Part-time) at Harvard Medical School.
