About Dr. Roger Dean Feldman, PhD
Dr. Roger D. Feldman has 46 years of experience in the field of Health Economics. He earned his BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, his MS in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Rochester. Formerly, he served as a Professor in the Division of Health Policy and Management at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and as the Director of the Research Center for the Health Financing Administration. He also served as a Blue Cross Professor of Health Insurance and as a Professor of Economics at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health until his formal retirement in July of 2017. He currently serves as a Professor Emeritus in the Division of Health Policy and Management at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.
