Dr. Richard Kleiman, MD

Dr. Richard J. Kleiman has specialized experience in the fields of Emergency Medicine and Medical Toxicology. They earned their BS in Biology from Davidson College and their MD from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. After completing their residency in Emergency Medicine at Prisma Health Richland Hospital, they went on to complete a fellowship in Medical Toxicology at Georgia Poison Center. Today, the expert holds certifications in Medical Toxicology and Emergency Medicine. Previously, they held roles as a Physician at Chester Regional Medical Center, a Physician at Moncrief Army Health Clinic, and an Attending Physician and Clinical Instructor at Emory University Hospital Midtown. Currently, they work as a Physician at ApolloMD, a Clinical Assistant Professor at Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, and Co-Director of Medical Toxicology at WellStar Kennestone Regional Medical Center.
