About Dr. Ramy Arnaout
This expert has extensive experience in clinical pathology and informatics. He earned his BS in biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his PhD in mathematical biology from the University of Oxford, and his MD from Harvard Medical School. He then completed his training with a residency in clinical pathology and a fellowship in pathology from the Brigham and Women's Hospital. He is board certified in clinical pathology and clinical informatics and is active in his field as a member of the College of American Pathologists and the Society of Mathematical Biology. He has previously served as an instructor of pathology at Harvard Medical School and as an assistant medical director of clinical microbiology laboratories and medical director of reference laboratory testing at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He currently serves as a pathologist and director of informatics training with the pathology department of a medical center. He is also an assistant professor of pathology at an Ivy-League medical school, an associate program director of the clinical informatics fellowship program, and the associate medical director of clinical microbiology laboratories of a medical center in Massachusetts.
