About Dr. Raffi Stephen Avedian, FAAOS, MD

Dr. Raffi S. Avedian has 13 years of experience in the field of Orthopedic Surgery. He earned his BA from Pomona College and his MD from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. After completing his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at UCSF Medical School, he went on to complete a fellowship in Orthopaedic Oncology and Limb Reconstruction at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Today, this expert is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery. Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor and Residency Program Director of Orthopaedic Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine. He also serves as an Orthopaedic Surgical Oncologist at Stanford Medicine Children's Health and Stanford Healthcare.
