Dr. Raeanna Adams, MD, MBA, FACS

Dr. Raeanna C. Adams has specialized experience in the fields of General Surgery, Surgical Critical Care, Trauma Surgery, and Surgery. They earned their AA in Music, Piano Education from Emmanuel College, their BS in Microbiology from the University of Georgia, their MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management, and their MD from Mercer University School of Medicine. After completing their residency in General Surgery at Carolinas Medical Center, they went on to complete a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Today, the expert holds certifications in Surgical Critical Care and Surgery. Previously, they held the role of Assistant Instructor of Surgery at Mercer University School of Medicine. Currently, they work as an Associate Professor of Surgery at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and Associate Fellowship Director and Surgeon at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
