This expert has over 20 years of experience in the field of pediatric surgery. He earned his BS in biology, his MS in microbiology, and his MD from the University of Toronto. He completed a residency in rotating surgery and a residency in general surgery at the University of Toronto. Soon after, he moved to the United States, where he completed a fellowship in pediatric surgery at the Children's National Medical Center. Today, this expert is dual board certified in general surgery and pediatric surgery and is a member of several professional organizations, such as the American Surgical Association, the American Association of Pediatric Surgeons, and the Society of University Surgeons.
