Dr. Nicholas Teman, MD

Dr. Nicholas R. Teman has specialized experience in the fields of Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery. They earned their BS in Biochemistry from the University of Florida and their MD from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. After completing their residency in Thoracic Surgery at the University of Virginia Health System, they went on to complete a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at the University of Michigan Health System. Today, the expert holds certifications in Surgical Critical Care, Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery, and Surgery. Currently, they work as a Surgical Co-Director and Director of ECMO at UC Health and Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
