Ms. Lisbeth Colon has 20 years of experience in forensic science and DNA analysis. She received her BS in biology from the University of Miami and her MS in pharmacy with a concentration in forensic serology and DNA from the University of Florida. She formerly served as a scientist of microbiology at Dade Behring International before moving to roles within the Miami-Dade Police Department where she served as a Criminalist I and II. She also was a senior product application specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Currently, this expert is a senior forensic biologist at a university-affiliated national forensic science center in Florida.
