Mr. Lawrence Zacarese, JD, MPA, CHCM

Mr Lawrence M Zacarese has 33 years of experience in Law Enforcement and Security. He earned his BA in Forensic Psychology and his MPA from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and his JD from Touro Law Center. Today, this expert is certified as a CHCM by the International Board for Certification of Safety Managers and is a licensed Attorney by the State Bar of New York. Formerly, this expert served as a Sergeant at the New York City Police Department, and as a Senior Operations Director of Institutional Resiliency and Business Continuity and Interim Chief of Police and Assistant Vice President of Campus Safety at Stony Brook University. Currently, this expert is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Graduate School of Professional Development and Vice President for Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Security Officer at Stony Brook University.
