Dr. Moshe R. Rosenberg has 45 years of experience in the field of Food Engineering and Biotechnology. He earned his B.Sc. in Natural Sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and his M.Sc. and D.Sc. in Food Engineering and Biotechnology from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Formerly, this expert held roles as an Affiliate Faculty at the NASA Food Technology Commercial Space Center and as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Food Engineering and Biotechnology at Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Currently, he serves as a Professor Emeritus of Food Science and Technology at the University of California, Davis.
